Silent Auction: Our offsite Silent Auction was a huge success. We send the event organizers (Caroline Setliff, Baan Slavin, Emily Creech, Adrienne Brewer, Meg Cebina, and Tasha Disney) a very sincere thank you! We will be purchasing books for a leveled book library that will be used in teaching and enriching our reading program for students. Thank you parents and PTA!!!
Grounds Day: Our April 23rd grounds day was a wonderful success. We enriched soil, planted vegetables and flowers, weeded, and beautified the grounds. Thank you Heather Smith and all the families who came for making this happen!
Spring Fling: Our annual Spring Fling will be held on May 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. It will be a lot of fun. We hope to see you there!
Yearbook: Yearbook orders are due April 30. It is going to be a great edition so be sure to sign up
THANK YOU! Staff appreciation week, April 18-22: Wow! PTA and parents treated staff to a spectacular appreciation week. We ate really well, read sweet cards, enjoyed beautiful flowers and so much more. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts. We would like to send a special shout out to Mrs. Wheeler for her coordination of a truly wonderful week of pampering.
Wolf News Change: Our PTA is joining a new communication system called Member Hub. It is a platform to help the teachers, families, and the PTA communicate. It has been piloted at other WCPSS elementary schools with success. A form went home in your Tuesday folder. Please read, sign, and return the document. The news will still come to your email. We’ll have more information later. For now, know that we believe this is a good thing and it will be incorporated into the school website system.
